WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?

At checkout, you can choose between standard shipping and Express shipping. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout depending on the size of the package and the destination.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER VALUE FOR FREE SHIPPING?

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to orders €55 and above. Free Express shipping is automatically applied to orders €115 and above.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Unfortunately, we can't modify delivery address once the order is in process.

Return & Refund

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We have a 14 days return policy. When and if returning your products, please consider the following terms and conditions:

  • Cosmetic products (moisturisers, lotion, serums, shampoo, etc) may only be returned unopened and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we will not accept any product that's been opened or partially used.
  • We can only process your returns and exchanges only when the order is returned to us sealed and in orIginal packaging, excluding damaged products.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show wear and tear, signs of use or other damage(s) caused by the customer.

CAN I RETURN SALES PRODUCTS AND GIFT CARDS?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale products and gift cards.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY MONEY AFTER A RETURN?

It can take up to 15 days after receipt of your returned product before your repayment is fully processed. Repayment will be made via your original payment method.

You can indicate that you want to return a product by sending an email to info@brenelle.shop. Please ensure you indicate the purchase order number and the item(s) you want to return.
